Marketplace Operations

Marketplace Operations

The Marketplace section in RealTimeX is more than discovery and publishing. Current builds also include in-app operational pages for purchases, published listings, and billing.

Open these surfaces from Settings > Marketplace.

The three main operator pages

Current Marketplace operations revolve around:

  • My Purchases
  • My Published
  • Usage and Billing

These are different from the public Marketplace website and different from the one-time sync or publish flows.

My Purchases

My Purchases is your in-app Marketplace library.

The page currently includes:

  • a purchased-item count
  • latest purchase summary
  • paginated results
  • item cards with type, price, author, and tags

Each purchased item can expose actions such as:

  • Open in app
  • View details

Open in app routes you back into the appropriate RealTimeX management surface for that item type.

Supported item types

Current purchase cards recognize Marketplace items such as:

  • agents
  • tools
  • plugins
  • MCP servers
  • local MCP servers
  • local apps
  • agent flows
  • agent skills
  • slash commands
  • system prompts

Offline behavior

Current builds cache recent purchase views for offline use.

That means:

  • you may still see cached purchases while offline
  • detail links and fresh Marketplace data still require a live connection

My Published

My Published is the management surface for items you have already listed in the Marketplace.

The page supports:

  • search
  • type filtering
  • status review
  • Update Publish actions

Current published-item types include:

  • local apps
  • local MCP servers
  • MCP servers
  • agent flows
  • slash commands
  • agents
  • system prompts

Statuses

Current builds surface statuses such as:

  • Draft
  • Available
  • Maintenance
  • Unavailable

Use this page when you need to update metadata, cover imagery, tags, or listing state after the first publish.

Usage and Billing

Usage and Billing is the account-level Marketplace billing surface inside RealTimeX.

Current builds include:

  • a cloud-status summary card
  • top-up actions when billing services are reachable
  • billing history
  • invoice and receipt access

Billing history

The billing history view is useful for:

  • reviewing invoices
  • checking payment status
  • opening receipt links

Like My Purchases, it can fall back to cached data when you are offline, but fresh receipts and payment actions still depend on a live service connection.

Marketplace operations vs syncing

Use Syncing Items when you want to bring a Marketplace asset into your RealTimeX instance.

Use Marketplace Operations when you want to manage what you already bought, published, or paid for.

Marketplace operations vs sharing

Use Sharing & Publishing for the initial publish flow.

Use Marketplace Operations after publication when you want to:

  • review your published catalog
  • search and filter your published items
  • update an existing listing

When to use these pages

Use the Marketplace operator pages when you need to:

  • confirm that a purchase exists in your library
  • jump from a purchased item into the right in-app management page
  • review what you have already published
  • update Marketplace listings without republishing from scratch
  • inspect invoices or top up Marketplace credit
